Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise your extensive broker experience (minimum 3 years) to provide expert mortgage advice to clients
  • Take ownership of your own client leads and work towards achieving their financial goals
  • Manage a back book of clients and provide personalised mortgage solutions based on their individual needs
  • Deliver 5-star customer service at all times, ensuring clients are satisfied with the service they receive
  • Focus on providing quality service rather than meeting sales targets
  • Collaborate with other brokers and support staff to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Keep up‑to‑date with industry changes and regulations to maintain the highest level of expertise

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a broker

  • Experience working with a back book of clients

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay and Benefits

We offer a market‑leading pay deal for Brokers, which is tailored to the individual's experience and performance. We also take very small cuts from our advisers, ensuring that they receive the majority of the commission. Leads provided for brokers with at least 5 years mortgage advising experience.
