Job Purpose
Self-sufficiently package referred buy to let and bridging applications from handover to completion, adhering to company quality control standards, service level expectations and optimising efficiency at all times whilst adhering to company TCF policies and procedures.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet the required service levels agreements.
- Adhere to company quality control standards.
- Keep abreast of lender criteria updates.

- Actively keep updated with the company’s services, procedures, best practice and regulatory requirements.
- Develop by attending courses, meetings, training events, workshops and seminars where necessary.

Knowledge and Experience
