Role Description
The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Conducting market research
- Providing customer service
- Negotiating deals
- Managing property listings
- Facilitating sale transactions
The Broker will also maintain and develop client relationships and stay informed about real estate trends in the market.
Your Role:
- Prospect new business through warm calls and email
- Estimate property value and provide accurate valuations
- Build your reputation as a community expert
- Qualify leads and hold viewings
- Negotiate and close deals
