Due to continued growth, they're now looking for a Collections Executive to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role

As a Collections Executive, you'll play a vital role in helping customers regain control of their accounts while delivering excellent customer service every step of the way. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to customers in arrears with their invoice payment, aiming to resolve matters in a single call; your calls will be on an auto dialler so you don't even have to think who to call next!
  • Handling inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general customer enquiries
  • Taking secure payments over the phone quickly and efficiently
  • Issuing copy invoices, statements, and relevant documentation when required

This is a people-focused role where empathy, communication, and problem-solving are key.
