They are now looking to welcome an experienced Search Processor to their growing team based in Sutton Coldfield.

Key Responsibilities Process and manage incoming property search requests from solicitor and conveyancing clients.
Review search requirements and provide guidance where necessary to ensure the correct searches are ordered.
Use online ordering systems and digital mapping tools to accurately identify property boundaries.
Compile and prepare comprehensive search packs, including Local Authority, Environmental, Drainage Water and Chancel searches.
