Elite Personnel is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected organisation based in Birmingham for an experienced People Partner . This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional to join a collaborative People team where you'll play a key role in supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle. You'll provide expert advice on employee relations, drive people initiatives, contribute to strategic projects, and help create a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Role As People Partner, you'll work closely with the People Team Manager and wider HR team to deliver a professional, solutions-focused HR service. You'll partner with managers across the organisation, providing practical guidance on complex people matters while supporting organisational objectives and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and organisational change.
