We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Call Handler to join our client’s busy office-based team.
This is initially a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (100+ calls per day) Providing excellent customer service at all times Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently Logging and updating information accurately on internal systems Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous experience in a high-volume call handling or contact centre environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good IT and administrative skills A reliable and professional approach to work Working Hours Monday to Friday 08:00am – 5:30pm Office-based only This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term position within a supportive and fast-paced working environment.
