Are you an experienced senior leader in Business Education? We are working with a growing and ambitious education organisation that is looking to appoint an exceptional Head of Business School to lead the strategic development, academic quality and continued growth of its Business Management provision. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced education professional who can combine academic leadership with commercial awareness, curriculum development and a strong focus on student outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to shape the future direction of the Business School, develop new programmes, build valuable industry partnerships and lead a talented academic team.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Business Management portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality education, maintaining strong academic standards and developing programmes that reflect the changing needs of modern business, leadership, management and enterprise. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities for growth, developing courses and partnerships, improving student outcomes and ensuring the Business School continues to meet the needs of both students and employers.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and deliver the strategic direction for the Business School.
- Lead the growth and development of Business Management provision.

- Take responsibility for teaching quality, academic standards and student outcomes.

- Lead curriculum development across Business Management and related subjects.

About You
We are looking for an experienced and credible senior education leader who can demonstrate:
- Senior leadership experience within higher education, further education, business education or a related environment.
- A strong background in Business Management, Business, Leadership, Enterprise, Digital Business or a related discipline.
- A PhD or equivalent qualification.
- A strong academic or professional profile.
- Proven experience leading growth, change or organisational improvement.
- Experience managing budgets, resources and teams.
- Experience working within a regulated or accredited education environment.
- Strong understanding of academic quality and student outcomes.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to develop strong relationships with employers and external partners.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality education and improving outcomes for students.
Desirable Experience
It would be advantageous if you have:
- Experience leading a large or multidisciplinary academic team.
- Professorial or equivalent professional standing.
- Experience developing new education programmes or expanding academic provision.
- Experience working with regulatory, quality or professional accreditation frameworks.
- A successful track record of developing partnerships with universities, employers or professional organisations.
- Experience of driving commercial growth within an education environment.
