Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and efficiently
  • Identifying caller requirements and transferring calls
  • Displaying a courteous and helpful manner at all times
  • Taking meaningful messages when required and referring via email to the appropriate person
  • Carrying out necessary system checks
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Some front‑of‑house duties when required, meeting and greeting visitors, providing refreshments, signing in

Qualifications

  • First‑class communication skills

  • The ability to process calls quickly and efficiently
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook
