Responsibilities

  • Making outbound customer service calls
  • Following up previous enquiries that have come in from potential customers checking if they still wish to progress with their initial enquiry
  • Adhering to all relevant legislation, industry regulations and Company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a Customer Service role
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, vibrant and at times, pressured environment
  • Driven, self-motivated, respectful, caring, compassionate, patient, approachable and friendly team player with a strong work ethic and desire to provide an outstanding customer experience
