Working within the Commercial Property Department in a very well established, highly reputable and successful organisation, your duties working as a Legal Secretary will include:

• Copy typing of letters, memos and documents
• Diary management
• General administration as required by the department
• Liaising with clients or other professionals both face to face and via telephone
• Assisting with SDLT and Post Completions

You will have excellent:

• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Friendly communication skills
• First class attention to detail
• The ability to use your own initiative
• Experience within conveyancing would be desirable but is not essential

In addition, you will be proactive with a professional manner and a desire to be part of a winning team.

Hours are full-time, Monday to Friday with hybrid working being available after your probationary period.
