Responsibilities
- Working within the Property Department in a very well established, highly reputable and successful organisation.
- Your duties working as a Legal Secretary will include:
- Audio typing using Big Hand
- Copy typing of letters, memos and documents
- Diary management
- General administration as required by the department
- Liaising with clients or other professionals both face to face and via telephone
Qualifications
- You will have excellent:
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Friendly communication skills
- First class attention to detail
- The ability to use your own initiative
Hours
Hours are full-time, Monday to Friday between 08:45 and 17:15 with hybrid working being available after your probationary period.
