Responsibilities:
- Making outbound customer service calls
- Following up previous enquiries that have come in from potential customers checking if they still wish to progress with their initial enquiry
- Adhering to all relevant legislation, industry regulations and Company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service role
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Experience of working in a fast paced, vibrant and at times, pressured environment
In addition, you will be a driven, self-motivated, respectful, caring, compassionate, patient, approachable and friendly team player with a strong work ethic and desire to provide an outstanding customer experience.
