- Supporting the Head of HR with a variety of HR responsibilities
- Learning and Development
- Liaising with training providers
- Performance Management
- Upskilling Managers
- Dealing with ER issues
- Any other duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to hit the ground running
- Experience of working in a very fast paced environment
- Strong administration and communication skills
- The ability to use own initiative and make decisions
In addition, you will be approachable, adaptable, flexible and organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
