Are you an experienced HR Advisor currently seeking a new role starting ASAP on either a Temp to Perm or initial 6-month FTC basis?   • Supporting the Head of HR with a variety of HR responsibilities
  • Learning and Development
  • Liaising with training providers
  • Performance Management
  • Upskilling Managers
  • Dealing with ER issues
  • Any other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • The ability to hit the ground running
  • Experience of working in a very fast paced environment
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • The ability to use own initiative and make decisions
  • Approachable, adaptable, flexible and organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
