Your duties as a Sales Administrator will include:

• Liaising with the artwork department and customers and suppliers
• Ensuring departmental procedures are followed and deadlines and deliveries are met
• Responsibility for the efficiency and accuracy of all orders taken
• Liaising with both customers and suppliers to ensure the highest levels of customer service are met and queries are dealt with as a priority
• Invoicing, acknowledgements and other administrative duties including filing etc
• Being flexible to cover other areas of the business if and when required

You will have:

• Previous administration / customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• First-class attention to detail

In addition, you will be a pleasant, friendly and flexible team player able to prioritise a busy workload.
