Responsibilities
- Supporting the team in managing all administrative aspects of applications, approvals and communications
- Prepare, submit and track applications
- Maintain and update internal records and databases with the status of applications and correspondence
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to coordinate the progression of projects
- Ensure documentation and applications comply with regulations, policies and technical standards
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure timely processing of applications and deliverables
- Generating reports and summaries
Qualifications
- Detail oriented with meticulous attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy
- Organised with strong time management skills
- Proven admin or coordination experience
