Key Responsibilities for the Receptionist
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, filing, scanning).
- Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal staff and external vendors.
