Duties for the Telemarketer will include but not be limited to the following:
- Conduct outbound calls
- Gather and document customer information
- Set appointments for sales representatives when a lead is generated.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales in our CRM system.
- Handle customer rejections professionally and courteously.
- Identify and overcome objections to successfully close sales or generate leads.
The ideal candidate for the Telemarketer will have the following:
- Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and engaging phone voice.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe them persuasively.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and ability to handle customer rejection.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word) is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
