Our fantastic client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Tamworth, is looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join their thriving team. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold matters
- Providing expert legal advice to clients
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
- Supporting junior team members where appropriate
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
- Strong technical knowledge of property law
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
