Our client, a well-established and reputable legal practice based in Tamworth, is seeking an experienced Legal Conveyancing Secretary to join their team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to fee earners within the conveyancing department
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Managing files from opening to completion
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and third parties
- Diary management and handling incoming calls and emails
- Ensuring files are maintained accurately and in line with compliance requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing (essential)
- Strong typing and document production skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload with accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
