Main Responsibilities
- Managing and processing customer orders through SAP systems
- Coordinating deliveries and supporting logistics planning
- Responding to customer and partner queries via telephone and email
- Updating and maintaining customer account information and internal databases
- Handling returns, complaints, and credit note administration
- Supporting the UK sales team and liaising with internal departments
