We are now seeking a Collections Executive to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to customers in arrears, aiming for a one-call resolution
- Handling inbound calls regarding overdue accounts and general customer queries
- Taking payments over the telephone securely and efficiently
- Issuing copy invoices, statements, and other relevant paperwork as needed
Qualifications
- Ideally educated to graduate level (though not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in every interaction
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is desirable but not essential – training will be provided
