Responsibilities
- As a Collections Executive, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers regain control of their accounts while delivering excellent customer service every step of the way.
- Making outbound calls to customers in arrears with their invoice payment, aiming to resolve matters in a single call.
- Your calls will be on an auto dialler so you don’t even have to think who to call next.
- Handling inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general customer enquiries.
- Taking secure payments over the phone quickly and efficiently.
- Issuing copy invoices, statements, and relevant documentation when required.
- This is a people-focused role where empathy, communication, and problem-solving are key.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally educated to graduate level (though this isn’t essential).
- Confident communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused, even in challenging situations.
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is beneficial, but not essential – full training will be provided.
