Elite Personnel is hiring Customer Service Advisors for a well-established client based in Tamworth. Details
- Type: Temporary – 12-week contract with the option to extend
- Hours: 37.5 hours, on a rotating shift pattern
- Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound customer queries with professionalism and care
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Navigating multiple systems while delivering high-quality service
- Working within a dynamic call centre setting – teamwork and pace are key!
What We’re Looking For
- Able to commit to the entire 12-week duration
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous customer service or call centre experience ideal but not essential – full training provided
