An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a high-quality caseload within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, with a strong focus on Wills, Probate, and estate administration.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients both in person and over the phone.
- Ensure files are progressed efficiently in line with compliance and internal procedures.
- Handle billing processes, including timely invoicing and recovery of disbursements.
- Maintain excellent client care and professional standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
- Support business development and contribute to the growth of the department.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Private Client work.
- Proven experience handling Wills and Probate matters independently.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident IT user with experience of case management systems.
- Commercially aware and proactive approach.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary circa £34,000+ (dependent on experience).
- 23 days holiday + UK bank holidays.
