The Role

  • You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, with a strong focus on Wills, Probate, and estate administration.
  • The role offers a good level of autonomy, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing a full caseload of Wills, Probate and estate administration matters.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Ensuring files are progressed efficiently in line with compliance and internal procedures.
  • Handling billing processes, including timely invoicing and recovery of disbursements.
  • Maintaining excellent client care and professional standards.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
  • Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the department.

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Private Client work.
  • Proven experience handling Wills and Probate matters independently.
