Elite Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable contact centre based in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Telemarketing Executive looking for part-time work with flexible hours and a supportive team environment.

The role involves making outbound B2B calls on behalf of a range of clients across different sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to businesses from a targeted database
  • Booking qualified sales appointments
  • Generating and qualifying leads
  • Updating and maintaining accurate company information
  • Conducting telephone surveys where required
  • Working to daily dial and performance targets
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in outbound telemarketing, telesales or a similar role
  • Confident speaking with senior decision makers (e.g. Managing Directors, Finance Directors, HR Directors, Marketing Directors)
  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Clear spoken English and a confident, clear phone voice
  • Ability to work towards a dial target (typically 175 dials per day, campaign dependent)
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to commute to Solihull
