Elite Personnel is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected and long-established law firm that is expanding its Private Client / Wills & Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor seeking a part-time position within a supportive and well-structured department that values quality work, client care, and professional integrity.
The Position
You will take ownership of a varied private client caseload and work closely with an experienced team, advising clients on a broad range of matters including:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate administration from start to finish
- Trust administration
- Deeds of Variation, family arrangements, and lifetime gifts
- Tax and estate planning advice
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in private client work and demonstrate:
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
- The ability to work effectively within an established team environment
- Confidence using case management systems and IT
- A professional, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
- A STEP qualification would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
