Elite Personnel is working with a well-established business to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Support Person to join their friendly and professional team based in Hall Green. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers and sales teams, managing processes, and ensuring a smooth experience from enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Provide day-to-day support to the external sales team, including preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up information.
- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records within the CRM system.
- Develop a working knowledge of the company's products to confidently support customer queries.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the sales function.
