We are now seeking a Collections Executive to join their growing team.

The Role

As a Collections Executive, you’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers get their accounts back on track.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to customers in arrears, aiming for a one-call resolution
  • Handling inbound calls regarding overdue accounts and general customer queries
  • Taking payments over the telephone securely and efficiently
  • Issuing copy invoices, statements, and other relevant paperwork as needed

  • Ideally educated to graduate level (though not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in every interaction
  • Previous experience in collections or customer service is desirable but not essential – training will be provided
