Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily driver activity, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Act as a central point of contact for drivers, providing guidance and resolving queries.
- Build strong working relationships with drivers to support performance and development.
- Allocate work based on driver capability, availability, and customer requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams, including planning and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor service delivery and provide timely updates to relevant departments.
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with drivers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
