We are proudly recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm, who are looking to grow their team with the addition of a dedicated Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking practice that values its people and offers real scope for progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Managing and maintaining client files and records, both electronic and paper-based
- Assisting with the preparation and formatting of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Organising meetings, diary management, and supporting fee earners with day-to-day tasks
- Handling incoming calls and client enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and client care standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services setting
- Legal experience preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
