Elite Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor on behalf of a well-established High Street law firm. Due to continued expansion, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a thriving Wills and Probate team.
The Role
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience within private client work and the ability to manage a full caseload independently. Experience across a range of private client matters is essential, including:
- Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Administration of Trusts
- Administration of Estates
- Deeds of Variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement
- Tax and estate planning
The Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and personable individual with strong legal ability and a genuine commitment to providing excellent client care. You will ideally have at least 5 years’ PQE, together with:
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of an established team
- Excellent IT skills
- A professional, motivated and enthusiastic approach
- STEP qualification would be advantageous, but is not essential
Client care is of the utmost importance within the firm, so a strong commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering an excellent service to clients is essential.
