This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy speaking with people, achieving targets, and developing a career in sales. While previous experience is beneficial, it is not essential — we are looking for confident communicators who are eager to learn and succeed.
The Role
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting products and services, and booking appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Introduce and promote products and services effectively
- Generate interest and book appointments
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in both Italian/French/German and English
- Italian, French and German speakers
- Previous outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Confident, positive, and target-driven attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
Pay & Benefits
