Are you an experienced HSE Manager looking for a rewarding, long-term opportunity with competitive pay? My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to join their team during an exciting period of growth.

The Role

  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 45001 standards
  • Assisting with maintaining and renewing company accreditations
  • Investigating accidents, near misses, and hazards, and implementing corrective actions
  • Managing PPE control, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance across the workforce
  • Holding managers accountable for safety processes and adherence within their teams
  • Monitoring and reporting on department KPIs, and taking corrective actions when necessary
  • Coordinating fire drills and emergency response exercises
  • Preparing method statements, risk assessments, and monthly safety reports
  • Staying up to date with the latest health & safety legislation
  • Conducting inductions and providing training as required
  • Visiting the head office in Heanor, Derbyshire on a regular basis

What We Are Looking For

  • NEBOSH diploma
  • At least 5 years of experience in site safety and CDM regulations
  • Experience with quality and safety accreditations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
  • Proficient in using safety systems and computer-based applications
  • Passionate, driven, and able to work effectively at all levels of the business
