Customer Service Representative?

Starting Salary £26,500, with £1,000 increase with each year of service up to £30,500 Offices conveniently located within a few minutes' walk of Birmingham International train station or alternatively we provide free onsite car parking.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be speaking to a diverse range of customers.

We will provide you with the training required for you to take ownership of customer problems and take them through to a full resolution.

If you are a good listener, and a confident verbal communicator who can adapt your communication approach to meet different customer needs then this is the role for you.

We are looking for people who enjoy taking ownership of problems and have a passion for decision making and problem solving.
