Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:00, Friday 07:30 – 14:30 (full-time)

About the Role
Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for a long-term, stable role with excellent conditions? We are hiring for an established and growing precision engineering company that specialises in high-quality gear and component manufacture. The business is looking to expand its skilled workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components
- Working accurately to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Carrying out basic inspection using measuring tools
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner / Setter
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to fine tolerances
- Confident in reading and working from engineering drawings
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team
- Experience in precision or gear manufacturing is an advantage
