We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning/HVAC Engineer to join our existing team of Engineers, servicing commercial sites across the UK as part of our successful Facilities Management division. The role will suit an experienced Engineer with a strong background in Air Conditioning work. Salary offers will vary based on the experience and ability to undertake planned servicing, reactive and installations work, and qualifications held by the successful applicant. Additional technical experience of working within a clean room environment, /multi skilled qualifications would be of huge interest and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Service and Reactive Maintenance works for Commercial and Retail clients
  • Install HVAC systems and ductwork for Commercial and Retail clients
  • Install or service controls including thermostats, actuators, and smart energy systems
  • Commission new equipment, complete system testing, and verify operational performance
  • Ensure all work complies with F-Gas Regulations, UK Building Regulations, and HSE guidelines
  • Follow all workplace safety rules
  • Maintain safe working practices in live commercial environments
