Job Role

  • You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, nurturing prospects, and setting up appointments for the sales team.
  • This role requires a confident communicator who can leverage forms of business communication via telephone, email, LinkedIn, video calls, messaging platforms, and CRM tools to generate interest in our services and convert cold leads into warm opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across target industries.
  • Use LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify, engage, and qualify prospects.
  • Write compelling outreach emails and follow-ups to initiate conversations and promote the company.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and update contact records with detailed notes.
  • Conduct virtual discovery calls when necessary to qualify leads before passing to the sales team.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain a consistent volume of outreach activity while meeting or exceeding targets for leads.
  • Attend occasional industry events, trade shows, or virtual expos to assist with live lead generation.
