Helpdesk Coordinator - Facilities Management Based In Hagley £28,500 rising to £29,500 after probationary period Basic overview of duties To report directly to Helpdesk Manager on a day-to-day basis.
Actively seek ways to improve overall efficiency of service helpdesk functions.
To take a proactive and professional approach when liaising with all company office based engineering employees, Management and any third-party sub-contractors.
Aiming to ensure that all KPI/SLA with all contracts are met and kept to a high standard.
To actively seek new third-party sub-contractor within region that fall within the guidelines of the company’s rate structure.
Continue to seek ways to help the company to become more profitable.
Primary Job Functions Logging reactive breakdowns onto system.
Assigning/despatching PPM, reactive breakdowns and quoted works to engineers.
Raising purchase orders for engineering employees and third-party sub-contractors.
Ordering and chasing materials required for assigned works, and update system Chasing quotes from wholesalers and third-party sub-contractors and update system.
Ensuring PPM/reactive works are meeting SLA/KPI deadlines and “First-Fix” expectations in timely fashion.
