- CA or CPA qualified (essential)
- 8+ years’ public practice experience, currently operating at the Supervisor and above level
- Strong technical grounding in Australian tax
- Experience mentoring a team and meeting with clients
- Client-facing confidence and ability to deliver insight
- Proactive, curious, and eager to improve and innovate
- Integrity and attention to detail — no shortcuts
