Elite Mobile / Galaxy Connect is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an ambitious Field Sales Team Leader to join our expanding team across the Midlands .
We are a leading UK distributor of SIM cards, mobile products, e-cigarettes and international confectionery , supplying independent retailers and convenience stores nationwide.
This isn't a desk-based management role. We're looking for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys being out in the field, developing people, winning new business and delivering results.
If you're a natural leader who knows how to motivate a sales team and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As Field Sales Team Leader, you'll be responsible for supporting and developing a team of Field Sales Executives across your territory.
You'll spend time in the field with your team, helping them maximise sales opportunities, develop customer relationships and consistently achieve their targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead, coach and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives.
Work alongside your team in the field to drive sales performance.
