We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and hands-on Team Leader to join our team in Midlands area covering Manchester, Merseyside, East Midlands and West Midlands and lead the growth of our SIM card and e-cigarette product lines.
What Youll Be Doing As a key leader in the field, you will: Work closely with Field Sales Executives to drive performance and achieve targets.
Train, coach, and motivate your team to secure new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Play an active role in recruiting high-performing sales executives.
Keep your team up to date with the latest product and service knowledge.
