Due to sustained growth and a plethora of new enquiries over the past few months, we are looking to bolster our Client Services Team and are looking for a Client Service Advisor. This role is based in our Amersham office. You will be an integral part of the team and help to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy team.
You do not need law sector experience; training will be provided. Ideally, the successful candidate would have experience in a telesales/sales role and be confident “selling” services to potential new clients as well as upselling. You will need to have an understanding nature when dealing with potential clients as due to the nature of our work, some of them may be going through a difficult or stressful experience. You must be a self-starter who is accountable, disciplined, and an organised problem solver. Punctuality, adaptability, effective communication, and strong time-management skills are also essential.
Main Duties:- First point of contact for new client enquiries, both by phone and email.
- Establishing the client’s needs and quickly assessing how we can best service those.
- Accurately taking down key information and entering onto the system.
- Reassuring the client and dealing with their requests professionally and sensitively.
- Signposting and providing additional information where required.
- Booking the appointment and following internal procedure to communicate both internally and with the client.
- Responsible for following up/chasing enquiries with clients.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with both clients and agents.
- Ensuring that any final communication with the client has a positive message.
- Provide cover for other team members when necessary.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prioritisation skills and the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Essential advanced English written and oral skills.
- Must be a positive, flexible, self-starting person.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team as well as the ability to work independently.
