We are looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Partner to deliver high-level advice, support and strategic guidance. Support managers across all areas of employee relations, staff welfare, performance management and absence management. We are looking for a leader to manage team members, acting as the senior operational expert under the HR manager and main point of contact for day-to-day HR queries.
