An exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join an expanding Lawfirm near Hythe, Southampton. The main duties for this position will include:
- To assist and manage a busy case load with minimal supervision.
- General admin tasks such as opening new client files, sending out client care letters, filing, photocopying and management of an appointment and training diary.
- Communicating with clients, agents, brokers and third parties by telephone, email, and letter.
- Assisting the Fee Earner to maintain a good size case load from start to finish to including exchange, completion, registration, and archiving.
The ideal candidate will be someone who:
- Has at least 2 years’ experience working with the Residential Conveyancing.
- Good computer skills and excellent attention to detail are required as well as excellent written English skills.
- Good manner with clients, agents, and brokers and able to create good relationships to ensure repeat business.
