An exciting opportunity for an experienced and CIPD qualified HR professional to join an expanding team in their busy Horsham office.

The Role:

  • First line of contact for people-related queries and ER concerns
  • Sickness absence monitoring and support
  • Conducting exit interviews and health questionnaire conversations
  • Supporting Access People XD system issues, updates and reporting
  • Supporting people-related communication initiatives throughout the year
  • Providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting disciplinary and grievance investigations

The ideal Candidate:

  • Have previous HR Advisor experience
  • Be CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Be a proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Have a curious mindset
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be confident with systems and reporting
