An exciting opportunity for an experienced CIPD level 5 Training Manager to join an established and growing company based in Hampshire.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5 years' experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years' leadership experience managing training teams, trainers, coordinators, or subject matter experts.
- Professional qualification in Leadership & Management desirable
- The role is based in an operational factory environment with associated levels of noise and temperature and can be physically demanding.
- Experience developing competency-based training frameworks.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Health & Safety, Quality Systems, and Compliance requirements.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5
- Train-the-Trainer qualification.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification desirable.
- IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) desirable.
- Project Management certification desirable.
