As Reservations Manager you will be responsible for developing the Reservations Office into an effective sales team that is able to convert enquiries to maximize the occupancy of 106 bedrooms. You will seek to maximise revenue through effective management of room rates and bedroom inventory. You will also be responsible for the professional and smooth administration of the Reservations department. The team is the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience and as such you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided. Communication and organisation is key as the role involves collaborating with all departments, ensuring the effective sharing of information and reporting to ensure a memorable stay for all our guests.

Attributes/Experience

  • Previous experience within hotel reservations is essential, ideally within a management or supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent people management skills with proficiency in office management and administration.
  • Able to train, develop and motivate your team, being responsive to targets set.
  • Experience of the luxury hotel sector would be an advantage.
